5 Habits That Make Skin Wrinkles Fast

 


1. Sleep sideways

  Why? Because it can cause premature wrinkles. Sounds scary but true! Mary Lupo, clinical professor of dermatology at Tulane University School of Medicine told Allure magazine that women who used to sleep with a sideways position is likely to have wrinkles along the sides of the nose, dark eye bags are caused by poor blood circulation, and red bumps on the skin surrounding caused by detergents and fabric softeners used to wash the pillow case.


   2. Wearing a cotton pillowcase


  Still associated with the routine of sleeping, did you know that the pillow you use can also cause wrinkles in the face? Choose a silk pillowcase to avoid wrinkles in the face when you're sleeping. Normally, cotton fabric is easily tangled so the pattern will be printed in your face all night while you sleep. Imagine if it happened many years! The lines on your face will look more deeper!

   3. Drinking straight from the bottle


  If you always do that, this is a good time to quit! When you drink straight from the bottle, not just your mouth muscles contract moreweight, but you also make them work harder to maintain the bottle for not falling from your mouth while you were drinking. Moreover, bottled water that requires you to suck the water out of thee activities can cause wrinkles around the mouth appear. The solution? Use a straw while you drinking straight from the bottle or pour drinks into glasses.

   4. You didn't wash your hands after washing dishes


  Whoever  used to wash the dishes at home would know that these activities can cause the hand skin dry and cracked after washing dishes. Most of dish soap contain lemon is known as a good cleaning and has a high acidity level. Although lemon is also used as an ingredient in skin care products, but formulations and doses are used for dish soap is diffrent. Plus, the material is also added with other ingredients that can cause dry skin. Therefore, after washing the dishes, do not forget to wash your hands with soap and use hand cream or lotion afterwards.

   5. Didn't use sunglasses



  You already know, how evil the sunlight to our skin? Not only bad for the skin, the dazzling light also makes us squinting while under the blazing sun.
