1. Take a deep breath, find a place where you can be alone

2. Scream as louder as you can

3. Just cry if you wanna cry, because crying could make your feeling better

4. Turn on your mp.3 player

5. Don't play mellow songs

6. Eat an ice cream or chocolate

7. Watch comedy on TV

8. Go to your best friend house

9. Find a cool place for drinking cappuccino

10. Share all your problems

11. Go shopping

12. Watch comedy movies

13. Focus on the positive-delete negative thoughts

14. Always think:
